Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using clawecosystem.co (the "Site") or purchasing any products from Claw Ecosystem ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Claw Ecosystem. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Products and Digital Goods

Claw Ecosystem sells digital research reports ("Field Guides") and related content. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content for your personal or internal business use only.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publicly display purchased content without our express written permission. You may not use purchased content to train AI models or build derivative commercial products.

3. Acceptable Use

By using this Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
  • Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful software through the Site
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content without prior written consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Site
  • Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Site's operation

Nothing in our content constitutes professional advice — technical, financial, legal, or otherwise. Always conduct your own due diligence before making decisions based on information published here.

No warranty. The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, though we make reasonable efforts to keep the Field Guide current.

Ecosystem accuracy. The AI agent ecosystem covered in our Field Guides moves rapidly. While we update content monthly, the ecosystem may have changed between publication dates. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information that has become outdated between editions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Claw Ecosystem, its officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Upon termination, your license to use purchased content continues but your right to access the Site and receive future support ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for intellectual property violations.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
