Not happy for any reason? Email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. No hoops to jump through.
Overview
We stand behind the quality of the Claw Ecosystem Field Guide. If you purchase a Field Guide edition and are not satisfied for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no explanation required.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward. Here's exactly what to do:
- Email hello@clawecosystem.co from the email address you used to make your purchase.
- Use the subject line: Refund Request
- Include your order number or the date of purchase (this helps us locate your order quickly).
- You do not need to provide a reason — though we're always grateful for feedback if you're willing to share it.
We process refund requests within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Depending on your payment method and bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Eligibility
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- One refund per customer: We offer one refund per person. If you have already received a refund on a previous purchase, we reserve the right to decline future refund requests at our discretion.
- Digital goods: Because our products are digital, we do not require you to "return" anything before receiving a refund.
- Subscription editions: If you've opted into automatic future editions, a refund on the current edition will cancel your subscription going forward. If you'd like to remain subscribed and only dispute a single charge, please indicate that in your email.
After a Refund Is Issued
Once a refund is processed, your license to use the purchased Field Guide edition is revoked. We trust our customers to act in good faith and discontinue use upon refund. Future editions will not be sent if your subscription was cancelled as part of the refund process.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny a refund request in cases of clear abuse of this policy (for example, a pattern of purchasing and refunding repeatedly). We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and aim to be fair.
